Hello Marcus, Thank you for your inquiry. There are resources available that your organization can use to prepare people for employment. ETA has over 500 workforce products, tools, and solutions to help you address workforce challenges in a variety of industry sectors. These workforce solutions were developed through our job training grant initiatives and are available online at www.workforce3one.org. The products include curriculum, competency models, career awareness and outreach materials, case studies, and websites. We hope you will adapt or replicate these products as needed. You may also connect with DOL green jobs training grantees located in your local area with whom you may discuss resources that may be helpful to you. Many of these grantees are developing their own green curricula or have identified curricula ore certifications that will prepare their participants for green careers. Go to DOL’s “Good Jobs, Safe Jobs, Green Jobs” website at: http://www.dol.gov/dol/green/ to access links to the Green Jobs Grants located under the heading, “Announcements About Green Jobs.” You will find information about each grant as well as contact information for follow up.
