This report by the Urban Institute called, Low-Skill Workers' Access to Quality Green Jobs, discusses strategies for improving access to green jobs for low-skill individuals, particularly jobs that can improve workers' economic standing and better support families. The report identifies certain barriers of training programs targeted for lower-income workers, such as high education costs, work schedules, family obligations and a lack of access to support services.
