Colorado commits over $5 million to prepare its workforce for green industry careers

In an effort to create a greener and more energy efficient state, Colorado has committed over $5 million to prepare its workforce for green industry careers. Funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and administered through the US Department of Labor, the Colorado State Energy Sector Partnership will work with local workforce investment boards, businesses, and Everblue Training Institute to catalyze job growth and awareness in the green energy sector.
